Provided assistant help to the teacher by physically cleaning the facility, after school at least each month. I scrubbed toilets, mopped floors, shampooed carpets, decorated the facility for banquet gatherings, participated in committees and participated in co-op decisions. In the classroom, I performed all duties assigned to parents when scheduled to work in the classroom. Tasks included but not limited to: Being a chaperone for field trips, facilitate art projects, providing a snack for the class, hosting playdates and birthday parties.

Pacific Fertility Clinic LA – Gestational Surrogate

May 2014 – July 2016

Gestational surrogacy is surprisingly similar to personal assisting. My position required psychiatric and physical evaluations before I was selected to complete my prenatal health and nutrition training. I learned
how to read and analyze a legally binding contract. After we signed the contract, the administrative portion of my job began immediately. My responsibilities included record keeping, email correspondence,
management of multiple calendars, customer service, resolved hospital billing inquiries, collections calls, discrepancies between escrow and parent’s health insurance and mne. I scheduled and attended all appointments. Arranged child care, hired support staff during the pregnancy, kept and submitted all my own receipts and expense reports. Trained all my own babysitters, housekeepers, and travel companions. I
hired the birth doula, nanny for my kids, chiropractor, massage therapist and counselors.

Notarize general acknowledgments, jurats, or other documentation as needed. Pick up docs from client, deliver them to client’s customer. Obtain notarized original signatures from the client’s customer on behalf of the client, and return signed documentation back to the client’s office.

Emaar Global Design Studio — Administrative Assistant

June 2008 – December 2008

Answered phones, took down and delivered messages. Kept the kitchen clean and stocked, coffee made, office supplies stocked and ordered, wrote down and delivered messages to project management, coordinated the catered monthly breakfasts, planned holiday parties, opened and distributed the mail to a staff department of 18 international project managers. Prepared meeting minutes, expense reports, and architectural award letters and design contracts for signature. Made any necessary contract revisions and obtained signatures on those as well. Maintained current status of subcontractor reports, providing the division president with payment schedules and delivery dates for various stages of the design build/ construction process.

Front end web design and development – Internship

Over The Top Marketing’s Michael Gibbs has agreed to work with me, to introduce me to and train me on how to code with free online tools from home. This is a self-paced, self-study internship designed to prepare me to work as a web developer, or to be able to add these skills to my resume.
